Hapten-Protein Conjugates

Primary Antibody 

Affinity constant of an antibody is of key importance in defining the detection  limit of an immunoassay.   Producing high affinity, hapten specific antibody is always a challenge even for a seasoned immuno-chemist.  Most often the antibody produced not only recognize the target hapten, but also recognize part of carrier protein.  That means lowing its affinity constant to the target hapten.  In YJ BioProducts, Inc  we developed a cutting edge, patent pending method to produce high affinity  monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies for life science research and manufacturing use.  The antibodies are available in antiserum or purified forms. These hapten specific  antibodies  are suitable for use in lateral flow assay, Western Blotting, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Fluorescent Microscopy, High Content Screening and diagnostic kit production.
